Information You Provide Directly

Content You Upload for Analysis

To perform brand compliance checks, you upload documents (PDF, DOCX) and images. This is the core of our service.

We access only the files you explicitly upload.
Uploaded content is used solely to generate your compliance report.
We do not read, review, or access your files for any purpose other than providing the analysis you requested.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use BrandCheckAgent, we automatically collect:

Log Data: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
Cookies: Small data files stored on your device. See "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" below for details.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

How We Process Your Uploaded Documents

We understand that the documents you upload may be confidential or proprietary. We treat this content with the highest level of care.

Your documents are processed, not stored indefinitely.

Our Commitment

Purpose-Limited Processing: Your files are analyzed by our automated systems—including AI/Large Language Models (LLMs)—exclusively to check for brand compliance issues (e.g., incorrect logos, off-brand colors, terminology violations).
Encryption in Transit and at Rest: All file transfers use TLS 1.2+ encryption. Stored files are encrypted using AES-256.
Minimal Retention: Files are retained only as long as necessary to display results in your analysis history. When you delete a report from your history, the associated file data is permanently removed from our active systems.
No Model Training on Your Content: We do not use your uploaded documents, images, or the text extracted from them to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning or AI models. Your content remains yours.
Restricted Access: Access to raw file data is strictly limited to automated systems. Human access occurs only if you explicitly request support related to a specific analysis, and only with your permission.

Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.

Data Security

Uploaded Files & Analysis Reports: Retained in your history until you delete them, or until your account is deleted.
Log Data: Retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data and uploaded content from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
